Heck, it gets plenty cold here in Tennessee, but Dutchman decided to put my water pump where you can't access it without pulling the hot water heater. I wanted to antifreeze, it only took 2 gallons...

You can do it either way, just don't use excessive pressure if you go with air. I use 30psi or so. Make sure to still dump some RV antifreeze down all the sink and tub traps regardless of what method...
