I would avoid using the waste tanks if at all possible, if they freeze up you will have a mess on your hands. What I have done in the past is use a chemical toilet and bring my water in a 5 gallon...

Are you going to use your holding tanks? If so they need to be heated along with the pipes and elbows. If not already enclosed and heated.
