Have you checked in and around the water heater...

Have you checked in and around the water heater area for drain lines? also have you checked under one of the bench seats for the dinette for the pump? Providing this has the dinette option

do you have water in the tank now? just a thought maybe that line you see is the drain line which is missing the little valve? If you have water in the tank....disregard this message

Do you see something like this under the trailer somewhere? This is the type of drain I had on my TT. Different model but I think most TT that have smaller fresh water tanks don't have the bigger...

I am at work and have computer access and will do some looking for you. I would think that tube that is not capped is probably just the fresh water overflow. I will let you know what I find out
