Thanks DesertRat I found it...

I was told it was on the inside monitor panel during my PDI but I was looking for an analog gauge. I found the small Gen Fuel button for the generator fuel level...

Voltage 3895 2nd Fuel Gauge

Is there a fuel gauge for the rear generator tank on a Voltage 3895?

It seems the outside gauge reads the front tank for the pump station.
