Typically the C20 rating is used for describing Ah capacity. For the 6V battery that is most commonplace in RVs, that is around 200 Ah. Which is why I guessed your capacity is around 400 Ah.

series doubles voltage while current (Ah capacity) stays the same, so placing 2x6V batteries in series doubles the voltage to make it 12V but the Ah capacity stays the same at 200ish Ah.
