That is the one...thank you very much. I have printed out the instruction sheet. I will be checking the batteries to see if that is the solution. It certainly acts like that could be the problem.

entry key pad

Just bought our 3905 on Sat. The entry key pad is not working right...may take anywhere from 1 to 10 or so attempts to get it to engage/disengage. The dealer will hopefully work on getting that...
