Yes, you can screw the round puck devices closed to get more air from another vent, but that may cause that area to get hot on hot summer days. it's just not a good design

We have the same issue on our 2013 Kodiak...

We have the same issue on our 2013 Kodiak Toyhauler, The vent system sucks. You have to turn off the vents at each end of the camper in order to feel any air in the main area. We also feel like it...
