I too thought it would be at the back by the power, but nothing on that side...and have had the unit for over a year! It does have a land line telephone connection as there is the inside connection...

The water is dripping into the sink from the faucet. If I really tighten the tap area, the dripping stops, or when the water finally heats up, it also stops dripping....this tells me it is the tap...

We simply put a blow up air mattress on top, ie Coleman or similar. There are many sizes so check and re-check. It doesn't take along time to fill, but don't know if this is something that you need...
