On my rig the low point drains are opposite to the side with the fresh water drain. The fresh water drain is located behind the steps which kind of get in the way when I want to remove the drain cap.

The four broken through shackles were on the same axle. The shackles on the other axle weren't broken through yet but were on their last legs. I keep a close eye on those shackles and springs now.
