If this a new trailer, take it to the dealer and have them fix the problems. Sounds like the wheel bearings were not packed correctly and may have to take apart and repack before moving the trailer....

Mine has held up, but I do store trailer inside. So not a very good test person. The one pictured is better quality and a little bit thicker. I has gotten good reviews.

Sad thing is that most are built this way. Sometimes they fail from overloading, but mostly just from CRAP welding. When I get ready for a trip this one of the many things I check before taking off.
