Exterior fiberglass Bubble advice. Purchased 300BHSL new 2014. Recently after a week in the hot sun of Spokane we arrived back home to Portland with a bubble on upper passenger side of the front cap. Clearly looks like the glue gave up the ghost as there is no water penetration etc. This is warranty covered only one year and we have no extended coverage. Has anyone had this problem on this new of trailer. If so, did the manufacturer participate in fixing it or were you left to your own miseries. I called keystone to be told I should have my dealer look, determine the cause and call the warranty dept to see what if anything they can do to help. I can't believe something as basic as the outside fiberglass is coming loose. This is major. Any experience or ideas?

Exterior fiberglass bubble advice. We purchased our 300BHSL new in 2014. Recently we were in Spokane Washington in the 105 degree sun. Arriving back in Portland I noticed the exterior fiberglass had about a 3 foot bubble near the top of the front cover. I called the Keystone factory to be told they were really sorry but the warranty was only good for a year. They suggest I take it to my dealer, ask them to assess the situation and make contact with the factory. Has anyone out there had a similar problem and were you able to get any good-faith help form the factory? This is clearly failure of the glue-down along a horizontal seam where two pieces of the front wall come together under the outer surface fiberglass. I am wondering if anyone out there has had a similar situation and to what extent, if any, the manufacturer admitted it was faulty construction. This really worries me. A $40K trailer and in 4 years the outer shell is peeling off already. Where will this stop?
