I am new to the Dutchmen Owners site. I'm looking for a thread about the wiring.

We bought a used Denali 289RK two months ago. This trailer came without roof fans. I want to install two Maxxair or Fantastic fans, one in the bedroom, and the second aft of the AC, using the existing 14" openings. What I don't know without first tearing things apart is where Dutchmen put wiring for this, if any. I sent a note to Dutchmen asking for assistance, and they simply declined telling me I should go to a dealer. They will not release wiring diagrams.

It should be easy to wire the bedroom fan, because of the proximity of the overhead lighting. The other one is the challenge, because the adjacent overhead light is switched from the control panel at the entry door. I'd like to have a hot wire, and a separate circuit.

If you can provide any information about how these trailers are wired, I would be most appreciative.
