the rolling hills of a 94 Classic roofline

Yes, it is a fixer-upper. The metal roof of our 1994 classic looks like rolling hills with pools of water resting in the valleys. There is green moss growing on the gunky calking around the edges. My understanding is some roofs need to be repaired from the outside in. I felt a panic attack coming on when I read an rv roof replacement is $300 per linear foot. She's a 26'. Ummm, dare I ask where to begin?

Permanent solution for less than the $300 per foot.
I was quotes $7000 for my 43' rig including removing/reinstalling AC covers, new vents and removal and reinstalling 4 solar panels.

Got pictures? If you have a metal roof, it may be easier to to the work from the inside if you have rotted framing.
