No power to inverter

We have an Endurance 3556 and are camping and have to use 30 amps instead of 50. Everything works except the inverter so the residential refrigerator does not work. We do not use the microwave and use gas for the hot water. The ACs and tvs work. No power is going to the inverter so it is completely dead. Any suggestions as to how to get the inverter working? Thanks!

If you have a residential refrigerator and am inverter for just that refrigerator then you should have a dedicated battery for that refrigerator check it sounds like it's dead if it isn't then check the inverter

Thanks.

The unit has two batteries but all the leads go to only one of them. I will check it out.

Did you make sure it is not an issue with the shore power? There are probably fuses on the inverter you can check. I've had both of these issues causing headaches.

Check your adapter to make sure you are getting power to both legs of your 50 amp cord. Also check and make sure your batteries are getting a feed from the converter. The inverter feeds off the batteries, if they are dead or not getting power then the inverter may go into a low voltage shutdown.
