Lol well we put the cart before the horse so to speak. We came across an awesome deal on a barely used 1994 Dutchmen Classic (M-26 FL) but of course we now need a truck to haul about 5k pounds

We are trying to gather as much information and to learn as much as possible.
So for now it's our adult playhouse

Welcome aboard. You sound just like me. LOL. This by far is the best RV site out there. Everyone is courteous, and some of the guys know just about everything, since most of the things in the RV's are generic. I'm sure you'll find the information you're looking for on trucks, and whatever else, here.

Here are the specs for your rig. You need a truck that can tow 7,000 as per the GVWR of your trailer. Minimum that would be a full size 1/2 ton. If looking to maybe get a trailer with a slide in the future, a 3/4 ton might be a better pick . Depending upon your $$ of course.

Welcome! We really enjoy the Lancaster PA area... was just up at the Elizabethtown KOA several weeks ago... so much to see and do in that area.
