I have installed it too. It has been buggy in the past with making the connection to the control but lately it has worked great. Really cool to be able to move the slides out and be outside just to make sure it is safe. Same with the awnings. I also like to turn the lights on if we are camping with others and walking back to my rig. Lastly, I figure fewer moving parts is always better--although I am sure if this breaks the repair will be costly.

I didn’t get a remote with mine. Just downloaded the app to my iPhone and connected via Bluetooth. If memory serves there is a good video in the app and I bet a website too.

All the same stuff that shows in the touchscreen.
Awnings, slides, tank levels, awning lights, a couple of light settings for inside (night lights and full lights). It also shows battery level.
Love this feature, other than I said it was glitchy for me at first but lately works fine.

Yamaha, the pic in your other post with the unknown switch looks like you have standard gauges and not iN·Command. I wonder if someone was mistaken or misinformed and you do not actually have it. If you have an iN·Command system you should have a touch screen for all your switches and gauges with the exception of the generator switch and tank gauge. There should also be an iN·Command control center in the front storage area that all you wiring runs through. It looks like a big plastic square that has a knob you can screw off to take off the cover and see the circuit board and some switches.
Are you sure you have iN·Command?

Yep, my walk-thru and sales person left out details and either lied or didn't know ,regarding several things, especially the frig! I was told that it works on LP gas, 120vac, AND 12vdc via am inverter. Nope... scratch the 12vdc mode a quick read of the manual tells the truth.

Very few RV's use the 12v version anymore, typically the very small fridges like used in the popups and pickup campers. I haven't seen a larger sized 3 way fridge in over 20 years being installed in RVs.

I installed the app while waiting to take delivery of our Coleman Light. The ability to stand outside, activate the slide, and watch the slide come out so I know it isn't about to hit something is a real stress reducer.

My wife has an iPhone 8, and cannot get the In-Command App from the app store to sync up with the Jensen bluetooth control panel. I have an Android-based Galaxy S8, and the In-Command app from the Google Play app store has no problem syncing up to the Jensen command panel. So I can run all the slides, lights and doodads, see the battery voltage and tank levels, all from my phone. And my wife is starting to regret sticking with Apple products, because she just can't get it to work... and my camera is way better.

The app is buggy--and unfortunately, unlike most apps for the iPhone this one never seems to get updated. My only suggestion to try and get the connection working is to have the system forget the iPhone and the iPhone forget the system then reconnect using bluetooth. You also might try uninstalling the app then reinstalling it. The last time I used it I didn't have a single issue but previous trips it would work then stop working.
When it connects it works great.
