Help!!

The pilot light for my hot water heater keeps going out. Thought it was due to the wind at first, now thinking differently. 5th wheel is a 99 Dutchmen Classic. Any suggestions on a fix or how to access an Owners manual??

If the heater has a standing pilot changes are the thermocoupling is bad or out of adjustment or covered in soot.
What is the model number and make of the heater?
