So for sway control the dealer installed a EAZ-LIFT sway bar. Over the past year and a half it has done the job well and we've never had a sway problem going down the road. The problem is that the plate and ball that attaches to the trailer frame has cracked 3 times. I've tried loosening the sway control a bit but don't want to loosen to much. So I have 2 questions:
1) It seems like this sway system is pretty bargain basement stuff= cheap and it's not surprising it breaks. Has this been the experience of others?
2) If I wanted as more robust sway control system without a WDH what would you recommend?
Thank you,
Randy

I think that you are going to be stuck with the friction version you are using now. It's the only one that I know of that doesn't need spring bars to work.
You could probably use a Hensley or Pro Pride with out the spring bars. Expensive but you will never have any sway. The friction and dual cam systems only stop sway after it starts, the HA or PP sway can not happen.
