Extended Towing Mirrors

Ok so I searched the forums and the last post I could find was from 1014 on tow mirrors.

We have a 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 that does not have towing mirrors. Truck does have towing package though, hmm.

Anyway, when towing home from dealer, immediately decided we would rather see more of what's back there than we currently can. After looking all over the net, I'm tempted to buy these mirrors from CIPA, http://https://www.etrailer.com/tm-2...erado+1500.htm
Does anyone have these and can you see around your trailer with them?

I have the custom fit ones for my ram 1500 and they work great. The only mod I did was to put a few strips of hockey tape on the inside of the mirrors to keep them from marking up my truck mirrors.

Thanks for your reply!
I guess my link stopped working, or I didn't post it right.

You can get the factory style extendable mirrors on ebay or amazon or other places for under $200. They are way better to tow with plus they look factory. Just do a search on 2015 silverado tow mirrors. I used to use the ones that slide on but after I bought some real mirrors I would never go back to those. I put a set of them on my dad's silverado and you couldn't tell the difference between his and the factory version.
