Charting towing miles

I'm not one to sit down and go over all the different electronic capabilities of my tow vehicle. Although, I am all about physical weights, measurements, and gear ratios of towing.
Stumbling through my dash menu the other day I discovered that my truck has a digital mileage meter for towing miles.
This allows me to know how many miles I'm rackin' up on my coach. I'm able to determine when to do maintainance on my wheel bearings, etc.
Obviously, I have a Ford. Do the other two (GM & Ram) of the big three have that same capability? Just curious.

I don't think my Chevy 3500HD dually has that capability. I could do a lot more with my 03 Ford dually, like ----- I could turn the seat belt binger off. With this Chevy trying to maneuver a trailer around and back into a tight spot like beside my shop I'm jumping in and out and its Bing --------Bing--------Bing ---------.

I have that option in my 2012 F150. It comes up when the trailer gets connected to the 7-Pin. Nice option to have.

Dave.

I have a 2010 F150. Where do you find this option?

If you have it, it should be on your dash instrument panel. Or, check your manuel.

It's really a cool feature if you have it.

I have to go thru the on-dash menu to get to it. You can actually use it for multiple trailers by assigning a name to each reading.

Multiple trailer assigning is a non-issue................my wife won't allow me to have more than one trailer .
