Aux Fuel Tank

I have a 2017 Ram 3500 Tradesman with 4wd and 6.7 Cummins Turbo. My fuel tank is I think 32 gals. My guess is when towing, I will have to stop for fuel EVERY day. I could live with every day and a half or even better, every other day while averaging 350 miles per day.
Do any of you have Aux fuel tanks or been thinking about getting one?

Yep, 90 gallon tank from Northern Tools. They are make and model specific and the connection kit is needed.

Saves a lot of that stopping when it's not time to pee.

I am considering an RDS tank. Got to take some measurements of the truck bed once the weather clears up to see which one will fit.

I wish I had put an auxiliary tank in my F250. 220 miles is about the max I could go on a tank. When we travel it's not unusual to travel over 500 to 600 miles a day if necessary. The tank holds 29 gallons which just is not enough when towing. I would strongly recommend a second tank.

I am hoping a 60 gallon RDS tank will fit in the bed of my truck. We take some longer trips as well and this would give us the ability to be picky if we want to about where we stop for fuel.

91 gal RDS fuel tank/tool box in my bed. I can tow Tucson to San Diego and back without getting fuel, about 900 miles.

Wow, that is on the light side for fuel. My 1996 F350 had 44 gallons from the factory and when I got done it was close to 180 gallons with the bed tank After getting stuck in Mobile, AL after Katrina and having issues getting enough fuel to get all the way home I decided it was time to upgrade. My company has a bad habit of sending me halfway across the country and when fuel supplies get scarce I want to be able to get home without worrying about it.

My truck has an anemic 26 gallon tank which I need to get changed out to the 50 gallon internal tank when I can find two grand.

Stock tank on my F350 was replaced with a 65 gal Titan. Very happy with it. I would prefer to not give up the space in the bed for an auxiliary tank.

Some of the folks on the titan xd website are telling me that they are having issues with fuel pickup in the titan internal tanks (the aftermarket 50 gallon internals). Some have suggested adding an aftermarket sump to the tanks in order to alleviate the issue.
