The dark brown one is an outlet with the bottom one being a red switch? On my Voltage that powers an amplifier for the exterior TV antenna.

The Center switch does look like a tank heater switch.

The lower one...for me...lowers and raises the "HappyJack" beds in the garage. It just might be a ceiling vent fan?

Just thoughts...
