Dutchman Motor Home Roof Repair

Recently purchased a 2004 31P whose roof is showing signs age with some cracking. Had some leaks around the shower skylight and have and resealed them with some self leveling goop I purchased at Camping World. Want to re-coat the roof and the Dicor EPDM roof acrylic coating and it looks like the way to go. Has anyone out there done this and satisfied? Recommendations? Confused about EDPM, TPO, fiberglass, and other coatings. Are the Dutchman's definitely EDPM rubber? Thanks in advance Kids

I have seen now that people are putting Rhino coating on the roofs. I think that is a pretty good idea, and not that overly expensive.

Reviving an old post...

Have a 2007 Dutchmen Class C. Brochure says TPO Roof. Mine is still in great shape though.

Would love to hear more about a permanent solution like rhino liner for an RV roof application. Sounds great! Has Anyone here done that?

Thanks,

Charley

I think Armor Roof or something similar is a vendor. I've heard nothing but positive. 6-8 grand but worry-free for life. Cost about the same as having a dealer replace your TPO roof. If I ever have a roof insurance claim, that's the way I'm going.

Thanks Rusty, sounds like the way to go for a new roof. I will look into it when the time comes to replace. If it’s about the same cost as new TPO Material...I’m all in!

Spray on roof system. I have searched all over and have NOT found a bad review. I’m traveling 2600 miles round trip in April to have my 2015 Voltage 3200 toy hauler done.

Here is there face book page.

They have about a dozen shops that spray the roofs systems in the USA.

I bet it has been repaired by now. 2014 was a long time ago.

Thanks cdesero...

I may try this if I can get them to open a location in the wet Pacific Northwest
