Storage in Hot Climate

I know it's a bit early but I want to know how to store my mom's unit (trailer w/no generator), which will be in storage for 7 months (April/October) in southern Florida. It doesn't have a cover, and will be stored outside. No power on site. Questions are: Tires off the ground? Fill water tank with treated water, or drain? Vent or close up? Disconnect batteries? Anything else? Thanks.

When not in use during our hot dry summers in Arizona, my trailer and the tires are covered for protection from the sun. I don't do anything to the water but then we don't have the same humidity issues as Florida. It's a good idea to get the tires off the ground.

Cover the tires, off the ground would not hurt, I would not leave any water in the unit. Blow the lines and leave all the cabinet doors open. If you can leave any form of ventilation I would. Disconnect the battery. I don't like full RV covers in the deep South the humidity gets into them an creates more issues that it solves. If you have the ability to give it a good, thorough washing and waxing with a UV protector wax prior to storing that would be a good thing.
