Adjusting slideout cables

I have a 2016 aerolite with an accuslide slideout. The bottom of the slide isn't sliding out proportionally with the top. There is maybe an inch difference between top and bottom. The motor sounds like it is struggling a bit when operating the controls as well.

I am looking for any advice on how to adjust these cables without making it worse. TIAClick image for larger version

I'd let a pro do it.

Maybe more than you need now. Worthwhile anyway.
