It is a pleasure to say that this company stands behind their warranty. On our last trip we had the long bolt for this chock strip. When we got home I sent customer service an email about the stripped bolt. I noticed today that a 11 pound package is on the way to me. So looks like they replacing the whole unit.

I do not have any "stake" in the company, but their customer service is excellent. We were gone when the warranty replacement arrived. They SENT a complete brand new two set replacement for this. One thing I will do with the replacement is put non size on each of the bolts.
