You have (or should have) a lug fitting just under the rear steps to the garage. You turn it just the way you would to lower the spare on a pickup truck.
And the tool should've been included somewhere with your rig. Mine was in the small compartment just aft of the rear side door, but I don't use it. Instead I use a 19mm socket, a couple of long 3/8 drive extensions, and a ⅜ drive adapter for my cordless drill. Saves a lot of time & effort.
