Kodiak Chassis and Draw Bar Technical Specification

Would anyone know who makes the chassis for the Kodiak trailers. I need some technical information about the drawbar strength.
In Australia we have a document called a Vehicle Standards Bulletin(VSB1)
Vehicle Standards Bulletin VSB1
This is for building small trailers and summarised construction requirements for trailers less than 4.5 tonnes aggregate trailer mass. Caravans(travel trailers) are considered a small trailer so any trailer constructed in Australia or imported has to meet these requirements.
Is there any document in the US issued by Federal or State authorities similar to this?
The information I require is explained in section 16. When I have complianced the caravan I could be asked by our transport authority to prove the Kodiak's A frame meets section 16 technical requirements.

I would guess Lippert Components, according to the Dutchmen.com site.

Lippert Components, Inc Lippert might be able to better answer your questions.
