Jacks for changing tires

What do you use as a jack for changing tires?

I use my leveling blocks, stack them high enough that the flat comes of the ground, change the tire them drive of.

If you get a flat on an interstate and have to change it on the shoulder, you don't have to worry about someone hitting the backside while your under the unit jacking it up.
