EZ Lube Axles

Ok I am starting my 2nd year and my TT has "easy lube axles". Sooooo.... What should I be doing? What kind of grease should I be using? What frequency should I be doing this? How do I do this?

Thanks!

Eric

Hope this helps!

I ended up finding some youtube videos, but they never said what kind of grease. This PDF does

I also found that it was recommended to grease the axles once a year or ever 12K miles.

Be prepared to use a lot of grease. About one tube per wheel. I don't know where it all goes but it sure takes a lot of grease to fill those hubs with new grease.
I understand that if too much pressure is applied the back seals of the bearing can rupture and grease gets all over the brakes thereby ruining them and requiring brake replacement. Scary thought! Fortunately that hasn't happened to me (yet).
