Cleaning lower panels on exterior

Hello everyone. Looking for some advice on how to clean the lower metal panels on my Grand Junction. The previous owner did not believe in maintenance, so I don't think these panels have ever been cleaned. They are a dark brown color and have white streaking on them. Possibly from rain or oxidizing. Some of the darker decals could use a good cleaning too. I don't want to risk using the wrong product and thought I would take advantage of the knowledge of others. Thanks in advance, enjoying sunny Mesa and missing Manitoba just a little bit!

Start with the least aggressive method and work your way up. Maybe something like Simple Green, followed up by a cleaning wax. If not polishing compound. If not, rubbing compound. A polisher or buffer will make it easier.
