refer on all summer. day to leave the relay/recall fix failed.

well would not you know it, after the refer running all summer, the day before we leave for Texas for the winter the refer stopped working. The recall/relay failed giving th error code of PI/PO (i think that is what it was. checked with dealer and the soonest fix date was end of october!

I explained the code that showed on the refer and his response: "Not a problem
, bring it in tomorrow and we will get right on it, you can wait." After two hours she be wotking just fin3. we are now heading fore texas!!!

He must have jumped the high temperature limit switch then. Or perhaps he had the recall kit in stock.

Mine was killed during the rain that accompanied the hurricane that hit Moore, OK. That must have been sometime around June and I just received the kit from my dealer last week.

I jumped mine when it happened and haven't replaced the limit switch yet, might just save it for a day when I really don't have anything to do.

Wow!! LOL. Just looked on Good Sam's and there are a LOT of RV parks there. We have been debating heading south for the colder months but not sure if we want to go all the way to the coast or just as far as Austin where our daughter lives.
