Does anyone know if there is some way to do a reset on these? Mine worked as it should when running off genset but when I switched back to 50 amp shore power today I can no longer change zones, it is stuck in zone 1.

Found it.....
Turn power switch off.
Hold mode and zone buttons at same time.
Turn power on (while holding zone & mode).

Worked like a champ, all 3 zones are back in operation.

Okay, here's a dumb question... We're out for our maiden voyage in our Voltage 3950, and haven't a clue on how to turn in the heater. Dometic thermostat panel just shoes "fan" and " cool" for options, no other thermostat in sight. Got down to 40 degrees last night in Taos, so a bit nippy. (and of course didn't bring any if the manuals).. Any thoughts?

If you have the same CCC2 module as most of us Voltage owners have... you should just press the mode button to get to the HEAT setting.

Also, Zone 1 is the only zone that will operate the furnace.

Now after that go out and get a Red Chile Enchiladas topped with an egg. That will keep you warm far a time. LOL
