It sounds like you are wanting the system in bypass mode so that the tank does NOT fill with water. Are tank inlet/outlet valves in closed position in addition to bypass in open position?

different system mine has a jr products single valve system , the problem is the system will not build pressure or flow when using tank water , I just happened to notice by pass not shutting off water to water heater

Do you get pressure in the system once the hot water tank is full?
Does pump have inlet set for fresh water tank and not a bypass?

does not build pressure after hwt is full , inlet for pump is either normal or winterize which has separate intake for antifreeze

You may be confusing the antifreeze fill valve with the water heater bypass valve.

Antifreeze fill valve in antifreeze suck position will suck air and never pressurize the system.

I keep trying to visualize what is happening. If tank is filling, then the pump seems able to draw from the fresh water tank OK so the inlet side of it is fine and pump is set correctly for normal operation vs antifreeze inlet. But the water that the pump is moving has to be going somewhere once the tank fills. OP should be having a pool of water forming somewhere once the tank is full if the water isn't coming out of a tap.

My setup is a single bypass valve for the hot water heater. The water pump has a valve on the suction side from the fresh water tank and then immediately downstream of this is the valve to line up pump suction to draw from the antifreeze jug. Is pump suction valve from the freshwater tank open?
