I learned a nice lesson about spray ports this weekend, it seems there is a backflow valve in the fitting attached to the back of the port. So when I blew the lines out last fall, I neglected to hook the hose up an purge it. The fitting holds maybe a teaspoon of water in it, just enough to shatter it when it freezes.
So when we took our first trip last Thursday, water began immediately pouring out of the wall over the tires when I turned the city water on. Not a huge deal, just $8 in stupid tax for a metal fitting and an hour of camping lost.
