Park model black tank cleaning

we have a park model, and the toilet is a regular household toilet that water sits in the bowl. We don't have the flapper style toilet. do they make a wand hose combo that you can clean out the black tank from the outside? Or how can I clean out the black tank from the inside?

You can install a flush system on the tank, available at your local RV dealer.

I was suspicious that it was just another gimmick. But tried it and was surprised.



After a normal dump and after using the Black tanks internal rinse system. I hooked up a hose and flushed it for about 5 minutes. Nothing dramatic happened until I shut the water off. A considerable amount of "stuff" came out. So it definitely helped.


I would imagine it probably depends on how convoluted your piping may be from the connection. Mine is a straight shot into the tank.

if it has a household toilet …..does it even have a black tank or is it direct plumbed to the septic hookup ??
