I had PEX plumbing freeze inside the wall of the half bath. This was during the time I was living full time in the 3800. The half bath is in the garage and Dutchman boasts a heated garage but we know how that goes.
I was told by the Dutchman CSR that the RVs aren't supposed to be used with temps below 30 degrees. So then, the heated belly, garage and the posted high R values are so much white wash.
I doubt the Artic Package lives up to its claims as well.
The blind installers don't even have a schematic for the plumbing nor the wiring, it's all free thought and association when they run wires and plumbing.

I understand and feel your frustration but I decided getting pissed at the manufacturer was wasted energy. I decided all the words on the brochures were only words and were some tech writer's job audition.
I decided what one could expect from the RV industry is disappointment and frustration and more money needed to make things right.
I liken the RV industry to a prostitute, they promise all kinds of things, take your money, give you the prescribed amount of time and then kick you out the door until you want to spend more money with them.

Hang in there and stay thawed, some day you may look back on this and laugh, then again, maybe not

As I have mentioned in previous postings we are new to RVs with our first TT. The more I learn the scarier it gets. This has got to be the only industry that sells something costing in the tens of thousands that is in such a disarray! One of the few times I would agree we need more government regulations.

We did spend the night in under 25 degrees recently and we were comfortable with the Propane heater and all components survived. So there may be some good news.
