So much for the heated underbelly I'd say.
I had PEX plumbing freeze inside the wall of the half bath. This was during the time I was living full time in the 3800. The half bath is in the garage and Dutchman boasts a heated garage but we know how that goes.
I was told by the Dutchman CSR that the RVs aren't supposed to be used with temps below 30 degrees. So then, the heated belly, garage and the posted high R values are so much white wash.
I doubt the Artic Package lives up to its claims as well.
The blind installers don't even have a schematic for the plumbing nor the wiring, it's all free thought and association when they run wires and plumbing.
