hot water heater failure

I have a 2012 Kodiak 200 qb and the hot water heater failed. replaced circuit board at a high cost with no fixing the issue. I have checked for 120v power and 12 v power all good. still not working.

My next suggestion would be the thermostat. That will keep it from functioning as you described. Neither electric or propane will operate if there is a problem.

Thanks for the tip on the thermostat. I checked it again and it was not working. Took it out and fiddled with it a bit and now it works. Thank you.
