gray water valve replacement

My 2011 Denali fifth has 2 gray water and one black water valves, the gray water have started become hard to open. My DW can't open them and I have a hard time opening them, to the point that I'm worried about breaking the handle off. They are all cable type. I have located the valves under the enclosed belly. But there are no identifying mark to tell me the brand or size. As this is not my final 5th I just want to replace them with another cable type valve. The only numbers are on the top which I got by using my phone to see. The numbers are EZ15 and patent number 6364286 B1. I'm hoping someone can help me identify the correct valve to buy as a replacement. It's my understand that the different valve manufactured are not interchangeable. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Can you lubricate them with wd 40 or something

Actually they say you shouldn't use WD40 on them as it can ruin the seal if its get to it. but I have tried to lubricate it with silicone. but no luck.

Those valves are made by LaSalle Bristol... just search on Amazon for the LaSalle Bristol 1-1/2"... they come in various cable length.

I think Matt is right. My Voltage actually came with both Bristol and Valterra for some reason.

Thank you. Your ability to ID the valve comes from experience or do you work in the RV business?

Probably has some paper stuck in the valve too preventing it from making a tight seal. problem is that the valves are buried in the belly and they are sealed underneath (cold weather protection) so I have NO idea where these valves are and even less idea on how to get to them. I've read some of the threads from some of you fine folks indicating that it is possible to find them but I am not wanting to dig a couple of exploratory holes looking to see if I can get their location... any useful hint will be appreciated and yes, thought about selling!

I just replaced 2 of the 3 valves on my TT recently... the black and front grey valves as at the end of last season, the black cable broke. The 3" black valve was a Bristol EZ30 and the 1.5" of course is the EZ15. I installed Valterra valves but instead of using cables I installed the Barker Auto-Drains on both of them. This weekend will be our first outing after replacing the valves.

I'm planning on sharing my experience after this weekend, but I will tell you that I am very pleased with the customer service at Barker. While I was testing one of the new Auto-Drains, I discovered that it was not closing entirely. After chatting with their support personnel, they immediately sent out a replacement. They have been extremely helpful and professional.

And no I do not work for the RV industry... I'm like the majority of people on this site, I'm just an enthusiastic camper.

Which Valterra did you use to replace the EZ15, which seems to be what mine are. I was under the impression that swapping the Bristol to the Valterra wasn't a direct bolt in. Is this wrong?

I have heard of others having problems swapping Bristol with Valterra, but I didn't have any trouble. If you search the forums for "electric dump valve" you will find several sites that state folks have had to do odd things to get them to fit.

I would suggest buying an extra set of the O-ring gaskets as the first time I replaced the 1.5" valve, it leaked. Apparently I didn't place them correctly and it got pinched. After replacing the O-rings it worked.
