Expanding foam where grey tank drains go through floor

So, pulled up the panels this week to winterize my water heater, and where the PVC piping goes through the floor into the grey tank, there is a lot of space around the pipe, it doesn't appear that there is any gap, the tank seems flush up against the foam insulation and floor, but wondering if it's okay to fill that gap with expanding foam just to keep critters out for sure, or if it's better to leave it clean in case there has to be plumbing work performed for some reason?
I found that the factory expanding foam around my water line into my water pump had a gap worn away, so I quickly refoamed that, and it's all good now, but wondered about the areas where the 2 inch PVC goes through. It appears that those fittings are glued to the tank, not a threaded application anyhow so if anything had to be repaired, there would be cutting involved anyhow...

I had a rat ate through the bottom of our voltage he ate our corn hole bags and then made drinking straws out of our water lines I had to cut through the bottom of the RV And remove some of the factory Expandable foam after I replace the waterlines I used expandable foam with fiberglass material it was no big deal and did not take that long Just take your time and let the expandable foam build up use gloves by the wayI don’t carry my own cornhole bags anymore all our best Central Florida

I'm surprised the factory didn't do it. Every one I've bought lately had so much foam around the pipes going through the floor you couldn't see the floor.
