Cold water pressure

I'm having a problem with my 2018 Voltage 4005. On city water, I have no flow from the cold water side. None of the faucets, toilets or shower. Using the pump, it's just fine. The hot water works fine , just the cold doesn't flow when on city water. Is there a valve somewhere that I missed, or something?

It's brand new, take it back to the dealer and let them find the problem.

Oh, I will. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't something simple before I took it in and end up looking like an idiot. Lol

Yep, that can happen to all of us. Yours is a mystery because the problem isn't the winterizing valve because you have hot water so that valve is open. You have water provided by the pump so that tells us the system is working somewhat.
Something is missing or not connected, sort of like the missing shock on one of the member's RV.
You could remove the panel where the pump is and see if anything is obviously not right.

Just a thought here, but recheck where you hooked up your hose to, kind of sounds like you might be on the santi-flush fitting. That would cause these symptoms, but you should here water spraying into black tank. Another thought would be city water/tank fill valve...

The fact you have hot and not cold is strange. Will the cold work when the pump is on?
Another thing to try:
There is typically a back flow stop valve right inside the connector where you hook the water hose up. It can get stuck occasionally. Pull the washer and the debris screen out, then push on the ball that is in there. The quality is pretty low and the balls get lodged in there sometimes. However this usually will stop ALL water flow, not just cold, unless there is more than one valve somewhere.

Got it figured out. The hose for the city water inlet and the outside sprayer(hot side), were switched around. Once I took the bulkhead down it didn't take long to figure it out. All is working now. Knock on wood

Could you post a pic so that we know what you're referring to?

I'm a bit lost on the "outside sprayer"...that mean the outside shower? Mine is a special quick connect.

Thanks,

Pirate

Can't post a pic as I already put the bulkhead back up. Yes, I meant the outside shower, but I was talking about the internal hose connections.

The assemblers that day must have missed their plumbing 101 class... "hot is on the left, cold is on the right"... Or they were standing on their head and got it confused. I had that happen at one house I had. Washing machine didn't work right when we first moved in. About a month later I figured out that the valves were reversed in the wall box. Swapped the hoses around and everything worked.
