2017 Voltage 3605 water cap

We bought a 2017 Voltage 3605 one of the reasons is because of the fresh water capacity 96 gals HOWEVER after talking to a service rep that couldn't add and had a very hard time following a conversation i figured I would see if anyone else has had the same problem. We drained both fresh water holding tanks I bought a water flow meter so I could see how much water we were putting in the tanks and its turned out it would start overflowing out of the fill neck at 23 gallons I was told we had 2 43 gallon fresh water holding tanks any help would be great I don't want to take it back to the dealer seeing as they will have it for another 2 months

Thank you

Pretty common problem, the vent tube gets filled with water and will not allow filling past about a third. I used a piece of tubing I had laying around and blew into the vent opening to clear out the water, then you can fill it. The fix is to shorten the vent hose to get rid of the low spot that fills up.

Here's where mine is. I just happened to have a piece of hose that fit perfectly. Blew out the water and was able to fill. I still need to get around to fixing the actual problem though. Been too busy fixing everything else.
