2017 coleman 1605 black water outlet

I was wondering if there is a standard height that the black water outlet valve should be as far as height above the road our's seems closer to the road than other models we looked at.

Nope, wherever they hang them at the factory. I have had some on an Airstream that were 4" off the ground. One major issue if they are too low is getting it to drain properly with the regular sewer hose. One of the reasons I went with a Sewer Solution system on my Airstreams, used it on my Coleman 16FBS too.
