Waterproofing Security Camera Connections
I'm installing four security cameras on my Coleman CTS192 to help with blind spots. Each camera will be mounted at the roof line. Two will be attached at each front corner pointing to the rear. And two will be in the center, one in the front and one in the rear. The cameras are each connected to a DVR using cable shown in the attached image. I'm thinking I might be able to use heat shrink between the blue lines to cover the connections but I'm not for sure how well that will endure being on the roof. Each camera is connected to a security DVR system using 60 feet of the cable shown in the image which will be run through the refrigerator vent.
Is there a UV resistant heat shrink which might be better than other brands?
