Power cable works when connected but can't run off battery power! Help

I have a 1993 Classic Bumper Pull. When I plug into power with the main cable everything works fine, but I can't run anything except the radio on the battery. Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you

Load test your battery. It may be shot.

Thank you, I will test the battery. Question, If the camper is plugged into the vehicle for towing, would the truck battery power the camper?

Yes, IF: 1. Towing vehicle output power is on and fuses not blown (common). 2. Connections are good. 3. Trailer battery capable of receiving a charge. (may be a fuse in-line here, too).

But even if the battery is shot, if all those conditions are met, you should have more indication of 12 volt power in the trailer when the tow vehicle is running.
