I use mine all the time. Put it in my pocket when I arrive so once I'm all leveled I can bring out the slides without going inside. I like making sure my slides aren't going to hit something. When I put the slides in, I like to watch the seals, etc to make sure nothing is binding up or just to watch general operation.

Does your remote raise and lower front jacks? I just picked up our new 5th wheel yesterday from dealer, on the PDI he said it would then tried to show us, but didnt work. The tech came in later when we were finishing up paperwork and said he has reprogramed it. I dont find any book on the remote in our owners book.

We just got ours yesterday but I have been leveling a lot because it is on a slope right now. The remote is actually real easy to use and its nice being able to move around and watch what is going on. Yes, it will control the front as well.
