DC electrical problem

I have a 2001 Dutchman Thor popup . my beaker tripped and I reset breakers .no blown fuses and since this happened I can not get interior or exterior lights to come on . I don't know what else to do. How can I test DC side of converter. Ac outlets are working fine.

Breaker is probably on the AC (input) side of the converter. Outputs are often protected by fuses to various DC loads. Look for blown automotive-style fuses. Does anything work on DC? Heater? 12V radio or TV? Is the battery getting charged? A yes to any of these would indicate the converter is producing output. Otherwise, get a voltmeter.

To test DC side of the converter, look at your AC/DC distribution center. There should be the DC + and - terminals available there somewhere! When plugged into shore power, your converter should be putting out something like 13.2-13.6V or possibly more if it is a multi-stage smart charger. If it is something like 12.7V or less, then the converter isn't outputting DC. You should also check the circuit breaker near the positive battery terminal, it looks a bit like this.

It may not be resetting properly and needs to be replaced.
