can anyone identify my electric awning?

Hello again, one of the issues we are having with out 2010 Denali travel trailer model 26RLS is the electric awning. Does anyone know what is the model of awning on this trailer or where I could get an owner's manual with this information. It can be brought out by bypassing the switch but this is very difficult for me. We know the motor works but either the switch or wiring does not. Thank you

The model number should be on one end of the awning roll.

Our 2010 Dutchment 25C-GS has a "Carefree of Colorado" electric awning. There is a brochure with it and a molded in logo, but the information is very sketchy and I've found nothing else. I learned most of what I know about it from comparison with pictures of other examples. Don't know if this will help you or not, but I thought i would post it as an example.
