Bell TV has me in a quandary.

I have a 2014 voltage 3970 with an epic package. It has four TVs and under my current configuration I have my Bell TV 3100 receiver feeding all four TVs. Bell no longer supports the 3100 and all their new receivers only have HDMI, S-Video, and RCA plugs for output. That's fine and well for my first TV in the living room, but how am I supposed to send the signal to my other three TVs which are fed by a coax or RG6 input? Surely I am not the only one that had this experience. Do I seriously need to run RCA or HDMI through the whole entire RV? I tried looking for adapters or converters but haven't seem to find the right ones. Any help would be appreciated.
